According to the decree of President of Turkey released on 17.10.2021, the withholding incentive applied to wage of working time of the employees working in R&D / Design Centers and Science Parks is hiked up from 20% to 50% for the working time spending outside of the R&D/Design Centers and Science Parks (SP) until 31.12.2022
Reminder: Working time the employees spend outside of R&D / Design Center and SP have to be in connection with the project underway in R&D/Desing Center and SP in order to make use of the withholding incentives. Moreover, Management company which runs the Science Park has to be informed of outside working and grant approval for this.
